World Day of the Guild of Deli

In April 2017, in St. Petersburg, the World Day of the Deli Guild (Chaîne des Rôtisseurs) was traditionally held in the Troika restaurant.

The gala dinner continued with a unique photo session of the participants and guests in traditional Russian costumes of the XVI-XVII centuries, created by the team of our restaurant.

For guests of the gala evening cooks "Troika" prepared their own special branded cakes.

Despite the inclement weather, the next celebration of the World Day of the Deli Guild in St. Petersburg was held at the highest level.
